1. Introduction

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
2.2. Prices are as stated on the Website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price at the time of confirmation.
2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via the payment methods available on the Website.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. We do not offer refunds for any bookings under any circumstances.
3.2. You may reschedule your booking if we receive a minimum of 5 days' notice prior to your scheduled session. Notice must be provided in writing, and we do accept emails as a valid form of written communication. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.
3.3. In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking at your convenience.
3.4. Third-Party Bookings: If you have booked and paid through an external partner or third-party company (such as Virgin Experience Days, Stag and Hen providers, or similar), all refund or cancellation requests must be directed to the company through which the booking was made. We are unable to process refunds for bookings not made directly through our Website.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1. Participants must be at least 6 years old. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, who must remain on-site during the experience.
4.2. Participants must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.
4.3. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone suspected of being under the influence, without refund.
4.4. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. High heels and loose clothing are discouraged due to the physical nature of some games.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Participants engage in the activities at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.
5.2. Participants with medical conditions or physical limitations should consult a physician before participating and inform staff upon arrival.
5.3. Health and Safety Briefings: You must pay attention to the health and safety briefing delivered in the briefing room, as well as the individual briefing videos that play before each game. These briefings contain important safety instructions specific to each activity. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or removal from the experience without refund.
6. Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
6.2. Damage to property caused by reckless or intentional actions will be charged to the responsible party.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Breakpoint Manchester Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
9. Personal Belongings
9.1. All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.
9.2. Breakpoint Manchester Ltd accepts no liability for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items that occur on our premises, including lockers, waiting areas, or game zones.
Challenge Point Grand Final – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The Challenge Point Grand Final (“Grand Final”) is operated by Breakpoint Manchester Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Grand Final, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Qualification & Eligibility
2.1. A Grand Final takes place every three (3) months.
2.2. The top two (2) teams from each calendar month’s leaderboard will qualify for the subsequent Grand Final.
2.3. For example:
- January, February, and March qualifiers will compete in the April Grand Final
- April, May, and June qualifiers will compete in the July Grand Final
2.4. Qualified teams will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking to confirm their ranking on the leaderboard. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate.
2.5. If a qualifying team is unable or unwilling to attend, we reserve the right to offer their place to the next eligible team.
3. Repeat Qualification Restriction
3.1. Once an individual within a team has won a Grand Final, that individual will be ineligible to qualify again for any final at any Challenge Point location, for a period of twelve months from the date that they won the final.
3.2. During this 12-month period, individuals may continue to participate in games and activities; however, their results will not be included in leaderboard rankings for qualification purposes across all Challenge Point locations.
3.3. You can only qualify for one location’s final per quarter. If you have qualified for 2 finals in the same quarter, you must choose which location you wish to attend and inform us of this choice at least 2 weeks prior to the final date.
3.4. If a team or individual does not win first place in a final, they can continue to return to future finals in that same year.
4. Participation
4.1. Teams must attend a Grand Final at the specified time and location.
4.2. Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the team’s place.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any participant for safety, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions.
5. Prizes – General
5.1. Prizes are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2. No cash alternatives will be offered for non-cash prizes.
5.3. All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative of equal or greater value at our discretion.
6. Breakout Gold Pass
6.1. The Breakout Gold Pass is valid only at the specific Challenge Point site at which it was won (e.g. Manchester, Liverpool, or Chester).
6.2. The pass entitles the winning team to twelve (12) escape room experiences, with a maximum of one (1) booking per calendar month.
6.3. At least fifty percent (50%) of the original winning team must be present at each booking.
6.4. The pass may not be transferred, resold, or gifted to other individuals.

6.6. Participants must provide:
- Preferred date and time
- Selected escape room
6.7. Participants are responsible for checking availability via the relevant website prior to requesting a booking.
6.8. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until explicitly approved by us.
6.9. As the PR inbox is not monitored daily, participants must allow sufficient notice (5 days) when requesting bookings.
7. Partner Prizes
7.1. Certain prizes may be provided by third-party partners.
7.2. All partner prizes are subject to the partner’s own terms, availability, and booking requirements.
7.3. To redeem partner prizes, participants must contact the relevant PR email address listed above.
7.4. We do not guarantee availability of partner prizes at specific times or dates.
7.5. We are not responsible for any cancellation, modification, withdrawal, or failure to provide a prize by a third-party provider due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Cash Prizes
8.1. Any cash prizes will be awarded on the night of the Grand Final.
8.2. Winners must be present at the event to receive the cash prize.
9. Changes & Cancellation
9.1. We reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the Grand Final where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9.2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and offer an alternative where possible.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
